Service Description

In today's fast-paced world, many of us are struggling to cope with all the demands life places on us. It's difficult to find a way to de-stress and our mental wellbeing is suffering. In these small group sessions, I offer research-based tools for learning about what triggers you and how to respond to demands and pressures in healthy ways. You will learn about how our bodies and minds are designed in order to keep us safe and how to listen to your personal cues. You will learn about the link between your mind, your body and your emotions - and what that means in moments of high stress. This space is in a group setting of up to 10 people, maximum. No personal information is needed to be expressed; this is predominantly for educational and personal development purposes.

Cancellation Policy

In order to honour your counsellor's time and the time of other clients wishing to book, please cancel or reschedule as soon as you can. Cancellations are allowed only greater than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking time, without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur no refund. Please note this is a group setting and the content will be of a general nature. It is up to individual participants as to how to implement concepts and ideas presented. Tool are to be engaged with as and how the participants see fit, according to their individual circumstances, strictly in a safe manner. For specific or personalised interventions and plans, I am more than happy to work with you in a separate, individual setting, as a client in my professional Counselling Practice.
